Before starting Nathawat Hospital he had worked at various prestigious institutes like Medanta the Medicity Gurgaon , Artemis Hospital Gurgaon , Mool Chand KharatiRam Hospital New Delhi as orthopaedic sports injury and joint replacement expert.
He has also worked as Teaching Faculty at Govt Medical College Kota as Assistant Professor in department of Orthopaedics.
